O Gauge Show
Introducing the new O Gauge Trade Show at Wootton Bassett.
In light of the cancellation of the Reading and Bristol O gauge events, I have decided to positively act and run a Trade Event at Royal Wootton Bassett. This event is run by a trader for the benefit of traders in the absence of regular O gauge shows.
Tickets are now on sale for Morning and Afternoon sessions (see below).
Morning session: 10am – 12.30pm
Afternoon session: 1.15pm – 3.45pm
Price: Advance tickets, £5 per session

Location: Royal Wootton Bassett Memorial Hall. SN4 8EN Close to M4 Junction 16 (Swindon)
Refreshments: Refreshments will be available in the Hall on both Sessions.

Covid regulations mean there is a limit to the number of people in the hall.
We must clear the Hall in between sessions.
Please vacate the Hall and CAR PARK promptly when asked.
There will be no visitor parking on site between sessions.
Royal Wootton Bassett Memorial Hall. SN4 8EN Close to M4 Junction 16 (Swindon)
The Memorial Hall is situated in Station Road, a turning off of the main High Street Shopping Centre in Royal Wootton Bassett.
From the M4, junction 16 follow the A3102 to Royal Wootton Bassett. At the Coped Hall roundabout, turn left into Swindon Road. Continue over the mini roundabout, through the shopping centre, turning left just before the historic Town Hall on stilts into Station Road. B4041 The Memorial Hall is down the hill on the left, turn into Tanners Close for entrance to Car Park.
From the Malmesbury Road B4042 turn right at the Coped Hall roundabout and follow the directions as above.
From the Lyneham road, follow the A3102 Bath Road when reaching the Town Hall on stilts, turn right into Station Road. Memorial Hall is half-way down the hill on the left.
We welcome all modellers to attend – for individuals (and less than 4 in a car) please park in the Town car parks to avoid congestion around the Hall. We are reserving the Hall car park for Disabled (Blue Badge) and “4 in a car” (40 spaces) only. It is essential that we do not cause traffic jams which will inconvenience everyone.
To clarify, parking at the Memorial Hall is limited and will be restricted to:
- Disabled (Blue Badge) — you must display your blue badge on arrival.
- Or 4 people sharing a car ticket Promotion (until car park is full)
Parking for all other visitors:
There are several car parks in the Town of Wootton Bassett (see maps below).
There is also on-street parking with strict limit of 2 hours.
The Memorial Hall is within easy walking distance of all the car parks and the High Street.
The Hall Car Park will not OPEN until 9.30am.
You must leave the car park by 12.30pm
Access is restricted to 4 in a car and Blue Badge car pass.
Please do not ARRIVE before 1pm.
